Job Description

You will be responsible for contributing towards achieving the Sales Target of the region and implementing sales promotional strategies specific to that region. You will be provided with a database and required to engage in cold calling to set up meetings. It is essential to note that RioSH specializes in product design and hardware development; hence, awareness about IT services is crucial. Your role will involve visiting customers" locations to arrange demonstration activities, requiring excellent presentation skills. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare, plan, and conduct comprehensive market analysis. Your responsibilities will also include implementing feedback received on the training program and collaborating with the training division for further improvements. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and demonstrate a passion for sales. Being self-motivated, goal-driven, and having proven sales experience are key attributes for success in this role. Familiarity with various sales techniques and effective pipeline management is highly beneficial.
