Job Description

You will be assisting clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to stay informed about market trends, property values, and local regulations. It will be essential to create and maintain a strong network of contacts to generate leads and build relationships, providing clients with property listings, market analysis, and professional advice. Additionally, you will be organizing and conducting property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients, negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms, and staying updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance. You will need to provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns clients may have. To qualify for this position, proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
