Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our range of publications.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
Assist in preparing reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
