We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, supporting client acquisition, and contributing to the development of business strategies. Key Responsibilities : Identify new business opportunities through market research, outbound calls/emails, and networking. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of interactions in the CRM system. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer insights. Assist in developing and testing new business development strategies. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
