About Us

Jamshedpur Mirror is one of the fastest-growing local digital news platforms in Jharkhand, covering city updates, ground stories, and public issues with over huge audience reach on social media. We are expanding our media business and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive revenue, partnerships, and branding sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate business leads from local market (Retail shops, Institutes, Hospitals, Real Estate, Events, Restaurants, etc.)
• Sell advertising packages, social media promotions, branding & video coverage plans to local businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, pricing and follow up for closure of sales.
• Coordinate with media/content team for campaign execution and client requirements.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.Research market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of local market & business landscape.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Goal-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing will be an advantage.

Eligibility

Qualification: 12th/UG/Graduates

Age: 18 - 24 Years

Exprience: 0-1 years.

Salary

Commision based on incentives, potential to earn without limitations.
