Business Development Officer - IVF

• Strategic Planning:Developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets within the IVF sector.
• Relationship Building:Establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with medical centers, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
• Sales and Marketing:Creating and implementing sales plans, coordinating marketing initiatives, and promoting the IVF concept and services.
• Market Research:Identifying new business opportunities, potential partners, and emerging trends in the IVF market.
• Client Management:Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Collaboration:Working closely with clinical and marketing teams to achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.
• Promotional Activities:Organizing and conducting promotional events, presentations, and campaigns to raise awareness of the IVF center and its services.
• Performance Monitoring:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and making adjustments to strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or healthcare management.
• Experience: Several years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare or IVF industry.
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of the IVF market, related medical practices, and the needs of patients seeking fertility treatment.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Other: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
