Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard direct MNC clients (TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc.)
• Client acquisition and relationship management
• Lead margin/payment discussions with CEO
• Ensure client handover and repeat business

Requirements:

• Strong network and proven track record in US staffing sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation & independent working style
• Prior experience with Tier-1 or direct clients preferred
