Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager, your role will involve sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads follow-up. You will work on qualified leads, identify opportunities, and ensure end-to-end order closures by understanding the requirements. It will be your responsibility to share product options via various communication platforms, coordinate product samples, share proposals, conduct price negotiations, obtain necessary client approvals, explain the entire sales process, and manage delivery timelines effectively. Additionally, you will need to follow up with leads, track progress, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value, staying informed about product and service updates, creating and maintaining a prospect database, and negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue are also key deliverables.
