Leaplink envisions a dynamic digital ecosystem that empowers local entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and grassroots manufacturers across India through Indian business empowering council and LeaperX mobile application.

IBEC–LeaperX is inviting applications from ambitious and motivated individuals in all districts of Punjab for the role of Executive Director/BDM

As the district head, you will be responsible for promoting IBEC membership, driving adoption of the LeaperX mobile application, and representing IBEC–LeaperX in your district.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and expand IBEC membership in your district.
• Lead operations and serve as the primary representative of IBEC–LeaperX locally.
• Build partnerships and expand outreach in your community.
• Drive growth initiatives to strengthen IBEC–LeaperX’s district presence.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA, BBA, Undergraduate and Post Graduate.
• Experienced and Freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver results.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
• Must be a resident of the district of Punjab you are applying for.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
