Business Development Manager/Business Analyst

As a Second Level professional with direct impact on results and outcomes in the field of Application Development, you will work independently under limited supervision. You will possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues and challenges within your specialization to develop simple application solutions. Your future duties and responsibilities will include: - Determining business needs through reading, documentation, and interactive sessions with clients - Providing solutions in the form of new or enhanced IT applications - Using business processes and tools to capture and analyze requirements - Designing business processes and procedures - Formally documenting findings and presenting proposed solutions to clients, including screen mockups, data maps, Use Cases, and report mockups - Writing high-level functional specifications - Preparing and maintaining project deliverables according to CGI's ISO certified processes - Playing a lead role in the development of business requirements and their documentation - Effectively managing multiple priorities across projects or tasks - Assisting in sizing, resource estimates, scope, and requirements for various projects - Facilitating trainings and workshops Qualifications required for this role: - BE/B.Tech/MCA/BCA+MBA - 1-5 years of experience Location: Jaipur,
