Business Development Manager

• Identify and develop business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, dental practices, specialty healthcare centers, and healthcare groups.
• Build relationships with doctors, practice owners, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrate how Sula.ai can improve patient engagement, reduce missed enquiries, and simplify everyday operations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks to accelerate customer acquisition.
• Work closely with our founders and product team, sharing market insights and customer feedback.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving acquisition and revenue targets.
• Help shape the go-to-market strategy as we scale across India and international markets.

• 3–7 years of experience in business development, B2B SaaS, HealthTech, or enterprise software sales.
• A proven track record of acquiring customers and closing deals.
• Experience selling to healthcare providers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, technology, and business transformation.
• Someone who is proactive, resourceful, target-driven, and comfortable building opportunities from scratch.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow alongside an early-stage technology company.
