We are now hiring a field-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Dehradun office to spearhead student recruitment, institutional engagement, and educator-led outreach programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Student Outreach & Counseling Activation Actively visit schools, colleges, coaching centres , and public areas to generate interest in international education Organize and support career awareness sessions and admission info sessions for students and parents Counsel students about available countries, courses, universities, and scholarship opportunities Promote our in-house IELTS and pathway programs to eligible students 2. Institutional Partnerships Develop relationships with school principals, college directors, and training placement officers (TPOs) Pitch collaboration models for: On-campus career sessions IELTS training partnerships (All About IELTS) Saviour EduTech international certification programs Schedule meetings and follow-up visits to convert institutional tie-ups 3. Educator & Community Network Building Identify and connect with influential educators (teachers, coaching centre owners, retired principals, etc.) in the region Encourage them to act as student influencers or advisors who refer students from their network Maintain regular communication, provide support material, and enable them to host student guidance activities Monitor referral quality and student conversion through this educator network 4. Performance Reporting Maintain a structured weekly plan of visits and follow-ups Submit daily field activity and lead reports Coordinate student admissions and scholarship queries with the head office team Attend weekly review calls and monthly performance evaluations Required Skills & Profile: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, education counselling, or field business development Strong communication skills (English + Hindi) with confidence in pitching and closing Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with educators, institutions, and parents Must have own conveyance (bike or car) and be willing to travel locally Knowledge of the education abroad domain preferred but not mandatory (training provided) Why Join Saviour?
