Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication or heavy engineering industries and a proven track record in generating new business and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new business opportunities in sectors like construction, oil & gas, automotive, infrastructure, and heavy engineering.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Lead proposal and tender preparation in coordination with technical teams.Track market trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.Achieve revenue targets and report progress using CRM tools.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).7-10 years of business development experience in fabrication or related industries.Strong technical understanding of fabrication processes and project delivery.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel as needed.
