About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Healthcare Partnerships to build and expand our network of healthcare and wellness partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good research abilities and prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build partnerships with doctors, nutritionists, dieticians, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.

• Research and identify potential influencers, fitness professionals, wellness communities and individual leads.

• Conduct outreach through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and meetings.

• Present and explain Nucleotide’s products and partnership opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and wellness professionals.

• Follow up consistently and convert opportunities into partnerships and leads.

• Manage inbound and outbound leads and maintain an updated lead and partner database.

• Conduct market research to identify new partnership and business opportunities.

• Work closely with the founders and team on business development and growth initiatives.

• Take ownership of targets, partnerships and outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Sales, Medical Sales, HealthTech, Diagnostics, Pharma or a related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good research, networking and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable speaking with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.

• Healthcare or medical industry experience is strongly preferred.

• Good command of English; Kannada will be an added advantage.

This is a work-from-office role at our coworking space in Benson Town, Bengaluru. Local travel for meetings or events may be required.
