Business Development Manager – Mobile & Web Solution

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in mobile and web application development companies. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Upwork, online bidding, and international client acquisition. You will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing the complete bidding lifecycle, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, bid, and close projects on Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
• Understand client requirements related to mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web development and propose suitable solutions.
• Draft compelling proposals, estimates, and presentations to win projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasibility, timelines, and cost accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain CRM records and track bid performance, conversion ratios, and revenue targets.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience as a BDM / IT Sales professional in a mobile & web development company.
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork, online bidding portals, and lead generation platforms.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development, web technologies, and IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Experience dealing with US, UK, and other international clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Good to Have:

• Experience with platforms like Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour.
• Prior experience handling enterprise or long-term projects.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
