About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (North America) to expand our presence in the region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in IT, IoT, Software Development, Data Analytics, Mobile App Development, and related domains.

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for the North American market.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a client database through research and data mining.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across target industries.
  • Generate and close leads through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on pricing, contracts, and business cases.
  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through ongoing relationship building.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the business network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of North America experience in technology sales or business development (IT, IoT, Software, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise/solution-based sales.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, AI/ML, Cloud, Industrial Automation, Product Engineering (Embedded), and Automated Test Equipment (LabVIEW).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
