• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to deliver compelling demos.
• Candidates should possess analytical and strategic skills, including market research, data interpretation, and the ability to develop growth strategies and sales plans.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with HR tech, healthcare staffing, or related platforms, and comfort working with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in healthcare, HR tech, or SaaS, is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or certification in sales or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, the ability to work autonomously, a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams, and a strong orientation toward targets and results.
