• Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with corporate and SME clients.
• Proficiency in negotiation, contract discussions, and closing deals while maintaining mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, data analysis, and technology platforms to track performance and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer needs and long-term value creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping, trucking, or logistics technology companies is highly beneficial.
