Tasks

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase the company's market share in IT outsourcing and placement services.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that leverage Tipstat's AI innovation and engineering talent.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the company's value proposition.

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance the company's reputation and business opportunities.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing and placement services.

Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in business development or sales roles within the software development industry, preferably focusing on AI innovation and staff augmentation.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to identify market trends and opportunities for growth within the IT outsourcing sector.
