Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets (Outbound Sales focus).
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales pipeline conversion, and client retention.
Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Procurement Heads) and understand client requirements.
Create tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and sales documents.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to frame suitable project proposals and solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with market trends.
Maintain CRM systems, sales reports, and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5+
years experience
in B2B sales / business development in IT services or software solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing mid-to-large deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with international clients (US/UK/Europe markets preferred).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and email automation tools.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), IT staffing, or SaaS products.
Experience in IT consulting or service-based companies.
