Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets (Outbound Sales focus). Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales pipeline conversion, and client retention. Engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Procurement Heads) and understand client requirements. Create tailored proposals, pitch presentations, and sales documents. Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling. Collaborate with internal technical teams to frame suitable project proposals and solutions. Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with market trends. Maintain CRM systems, sales reports, and forecasting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 5+ years experience in B2B sales / business development in IT services or software solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing mid-to-large deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with international clients (US/UK/Europe markets preferred). Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and email automation tools. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), IT staffing, or SaaS products.
