Business Development Manager - Intra-State

As a Business Development Manager Intra-State Transmission Projects at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your role will involve driving growth in the intra-state transmission sector through various key accountabilities and responsibilities. You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) processes for private sector involvement in state transmission projects. Your duties will include analyzing State Coordination Committee (SCT) meetings for actionable insights, reviewing state business plans and Multi-Year Tariff (MYT) petitions, evaluating and suggesting improvements to tariff regulations, and advocating for enhancements in Standard Bidding Guidelines (SBG) of the States. Your role will also involve leading efforts to improve the terms of Standard Bidding Documents and Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs) to foster an equitable business environment. Collaborating with regulatory bodies, policymakers, and industry stakeholders/associations to strengthen bidding processes and frameworks will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the Business Acquisition team in identifying and analyzing the competitive landscape and driving efforts to position the organization as a preferred player for intra-state transmission projects.
