As a Team Member, you will set specific standards/objectives with a short-term focus, adapt communication based on the audience, and follow defined procedures under the direction of the manager. You will manage Mid-Size teams (4-5) and apply general principles and standard techniques/procedures independently on routine tasks. **Objective:** To manage a team of TSM and RM's, developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned area. **Responsibilities:** - Agency Channel/POS Development: Source and service POS Agents, coordinate pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conduct induction training, and develop strategies to reach various market segments. - Agency Channel/POS Management: Monitor agent performance, maintain high active percentage of POS, control attrition of POS Agents, ensure high productivity, and manage channel engagement. - Channel Servicing: Reconcile partner accounts, work on market dynamics, manage loss ratios, and ensure compliance with internal and external bodies. - Profitability: Provide feedback for improvement, manage cheque bounce recovery, and business pendency. **Qualification:** - Graduate - Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales Choosing to work at RenewBuy offers solid growth prospects, career advancement in the insurance domain, and the opportunity to be part of a growing team that values your input and ideas.
