As BDM, you will:

• Manage the

  full sales cycle

  from prospecting to closing.
• Work in a

  dual-sourcing model

• Meet regularly with founders, HR heads, and L&D leaders across Bengaluru to present Smartslates Strategic Skills Architecture.
• Build a structured

  CRM process

• Contribute to the

• Represent Smartslate at startup events and HR/L&D forums.
  

Qualifications

• 35 years of

  B2B tech sales experience

  with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong prospecting ability and confidence in both

  company-provided and self-generated leads

• Excellent command of

  English

  clear communicator, confident in presentations and proposals.
• Consultative selling style; comfortable with

  custom-priced, enterprise-grade solutions

  .
• Entrepreneurial drive: resilient, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
