Business Development Manager (Forex Sales)

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Forex Sales, you will play a crucial role in onboarding Forex Agents onto our platform through calls and meetings. Your main responsibility will be to achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team/Associates. In addition, you will be tasked with designing and executing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Your role will also involve recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives. Building and fostering strong and lasting customer relationships will be a key aspect of your job. By collaborating with customers and understanding their needs, you will contribute to our company's success. You will also be required to present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, as well as provide realistic forecasts to the management team. Keeping abreast of emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition status will be essential to your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, or the study abroad sector. A demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultants, and exchange companies is preferred. Previous success in sales environments and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint are advantageous.
