Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing courier and logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across various sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of the courier and delivery industry, with a focus on B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets (e-commerce, retail, healthcare, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas Present courier solutions and value propositions to prospective clients Lead contract negotiations and close deals Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Qualifications & Experience: 15 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in logistics, courier, or transportation industries) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery services Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Key Skills: B2B Sales & Lead Generation Market Analysis & Strategy Negotiation & Closing Relationship Management Industry Knowledge (Courier/Logistics) Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills Why Join Us?
