Job Overview

Female Field Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

    :
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing (e.g., social media, email campaigns, webinars) and offline channels (e.g., industry events, seminars, and networking).
  • Identify and target potential clients in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the assigned segments.
  • Customer Engagement and Pitching

    :
  • Visit client locations to present ESDS's products, solutions, and value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ESDS's capabilities.
  • Lead Nurturing

    :
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, addressing client queries, and providing relevant information to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and campaigns to support lead nurturing.
  • Deal Closure

    :
  • Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth closure of deals while meeting client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence

    :
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    :
  • Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline status and market insights.
  • Event Participation

    :
  • Represent ESDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Organize and coordinate events, workshops, or seminars to engage potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience

    :
  • 3-6 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT services, cloud computing, or technology solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in Government, BFSI, or Enterprise segments.
  • Education

    :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, SEM, Apollo.ai).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, or digital transformation services is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Other Requirements

    :
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and nearby regions for client visits and events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
