Job Overview
Female Field Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing (e.g., social media, email campaigns, webinars) and offline channels (e.g., industry events, seminars, and networking).
- Identify and target potential clients in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
- Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the assigned segments.
Customer Engagement and Pitching
:- Visit client locations to present ESDS's products, solutions, and value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ESDS's capabilities.
Lead Nurturing
:- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, addressing client queries, and providing relevant information to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and campaigns to support lead nurturing.
Deal Closure
:- Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
- Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth closure of deals while meeting client expectations.
Market Intelligence
:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
:- Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline status and market insights.
Event Participation
:- Represent ESDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, or seminars to engage potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
:- 3-6 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT services, cloud computing, or technology solutions industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in Government, BFSI, or Enterprise segments.
Education
:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Skills
:- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, SEM, Apollo.ai).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch solutions to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT solutions, cloud computing, or digital transformation services is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication skill
Other Requirements
:- Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and nearby regions for client visits and events.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
