Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients

  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets

  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, exhibitions, promotions)

  • Coordinate with design and digital teams for creatives, brochures, and social media content

  • Assist in branding activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to optimize strategies

  • Support PR, influencer marketing, and partnership initiatives

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, creative, vendors)

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth client onboarding


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of sales funnels, marketing strategies, and CRM tools

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing concepts

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines

  • Willingness for fieldwork and client meetings


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in events, real estate, exhibitions, or B2B sales

  • Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation tools

  • Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking
