Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Home Automation industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, building dealer and channel partner networks, and promoting smart home automation solutions among customers, builders, architects, interior designers, and electrical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Home Automation market.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and electrical contractors.
• Promote and sell Home Automation solutions, including smart lighting, curtain control, HVAC control, security, and other automation systems.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills

• Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and independently close business deals.
• Knowledge of Home Automation, Smart Home, or Building Automation solutions is preferred.
• Experience in handling architects, builders, interior designers, and dealers will be an added advantage.
• Good networking and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
