Business Development Manager- Digital

You will be responsible for client onboarding for B2B sales, making cold calls to potential clients for digital services such as website development and e-commerce websites. You will need to fix appointments (online/face-to-face) with potential clients regularly and analyze current marketing trends to identify challenges faced by business owners. Your role will involve offering customized digital strategies tailored to the specific needs of businesses. You should be willing to travel to clients" offices in Kolkata to pitch our services and close deals. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the in-house team to ensure successful client onboarding and on-time deliveries. Qualifications required for this role include good communication and negotiation skills to build trustworthy relationships with clients, a relevant graduate degree, and in-depth knowledge of digital solutions such as Google Ads, SEO, SMM, PPC, website development, or similar technologies. Prior experience in connecting with clients and offering digital solutions in a cohesive manner, along with 2-4 years of experience in B2B client acquisition for digital strategies, will be beneficial. The company, BUSFAM, offers a competitive salary along with travel allowance and incentives based on sales targets. The work timings are from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm. The third Saturday of every month is a fixed off day.
