Job Description

Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by developing referral networks, managing corporate and doctor tie-ups, increasing patient footfall, and expanding the diagnostic centres presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for pathology and radiology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Plan and execute marketing and outreach activities (CMEs, health camps, awareness programs, etc.).
Monitor and analyze local market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with operations and lab teams to ensure excellent customer service and turnaround time.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Manage promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and local brand awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and local regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA (preferably in Marketing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences).
Prior experience in Diagnostic centers, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Hospitals, or healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 /month (based on experience)
Incentives: Performance-based monthly/quarterly incentives
Other benefits: Travel allowance + Mobile reimbursement
