About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Daimlinc's digital marketing and website services.

This is a performance-driven role suited to a motivated, self-starting individual with strong communication and sales skills.

The role offers flexible working options a mix of remote and client-facing meetings with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding operations in both India and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
  • Promote Daimlinc's services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through account retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline, conduct regular reviews, and achieve set sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients (virtually or in person).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competition, and market developments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or digital marketing solutions (agency experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Online Advertising.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver under deadlines.
