Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within the domestic market to expand our client base.
• Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for domestic roles, ensuring client requirements are met efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
• Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development and recruitment operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and recruitment operations within the domestic sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian domestic recruitment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
