Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our domestic recruitment and client acquisition operations. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the domestic market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients within the domestic market to expand our client base. Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for domestic roles, ensuring client requirements are met efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals. Track and report on key performance metrics related to business development and recruitment operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and recruitment operations within the domestic sector. Strong understanding of the Indian domestic recruitment landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
