Job Summary: Join a fast-growing tech company as a Business Development Manager and help shape the future of the FMCG landscape. We're looking for a proactive individual to identify new business opportunities and forge strong partnerships for our unique AI-powered platform. This hybrid remote/field role comes with a stable salary, performance bonuses, and travel reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers) through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
● Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from discovery calls and platform demos to contract negotiation.
● Build and maintain a deep understanding of the market to effectively communicate our platform's competitive advantages.
● Travel as needed to meet with high-value prospects and close strategic deals.
● Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM to ensure a clear view of the pipeline.
Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
● A proven ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales best practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
