Business Development Manager – IFPD Sales (Education Segment) Location: Hyderabad Department: Sales Experience Required: 4-5 Years (Preferably in EdTech / AV / Electronics Products / Educational Services Sales) About the Company: Logic is the flagship brand of Online Instruments (India) Pvt. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive end-user sales of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPD) in the Education sector across Pune and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling electronic products or technology solutions to schools, colleges, or educational institutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and educational trusts. Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, Procurement Heads, IT Heads). Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for potential clients. Drive the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation to order closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Collaborate with the technical and product team to address customer needs and feedback. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipeline through CRM tools. Stay updated with trends in EdTech, Smart Classroom, and AV solutions. Participate in educational expos, seminars, and local events to promote brand and products. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in B2B or institutional sales in the education domain (preferably IFPDs, projectors, smart boards, classroom tech, or related solutions). Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Engineering, Electronics, or Business-related fields). Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of educational institutions' procurement cycles and decision-making processes. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
