Job Title: Business Development Manager – Facility Management Location: Doddakallasandra, Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Open to: Male & Female Candidates (Female candidates must be comfortable with field visits) *Job Summary:* We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the Facility Management sector, which includes manpower supply, security, housekeeping, and supervisor services. The role involves field visits to potential clients, presenting our service offerings, building long-term client relationships, and converting leads into business. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients across industries (residential, commercial, industrial) 2. Present our Facility Management services including manpower, housekeeping, security, and more 3. Understand client requirements and provide customized service solutions 4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication 5. Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and follow-ups 6. Achieve monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth *Requirements:* * Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving license * Comfortable with field work and client interactions * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Strong presentation and follow-up skills Qualifications: Education: Any Graduate (preferred: Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field) *Experience:* Freshers are welcome – CTC: ₹20,000/month (in-hand to be discussed during interview) Experienced candidates (2–3 years) in facility management sales/business development – up to ₹50,000/month based on experience *Perks & Benefits:* 1.
