Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the growth of our power and energy consulting services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic industry while contributing to the strategic direction and success of the business.

· Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and target market segments

· Collaborate with senior management to define business goals and support the achievement of revenue targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

· Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to ensure the company’s value proposition is effectively communicated

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the business development process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

· Oversee the preparation and submission of technical & financial proposal(s)

· Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and competitive positioning

Track and report on business development performance, including sales pipeline, key metrics, and progress toward goals.

Required qualification and experience :

· B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical

· MBA (preferred)

· 7+ years of progressive BD experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in power consulting or the energy sector

· Knowledge of energy market dynamics and regulations across different regions

· Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role within the energy sector

· Strong network within the power and energy industry

Locations : Nehru Place, Delhi

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
