Job Description

Dexora Intelligence is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our domestic and international client base, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new domestic and international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Promote and sell our services, including event management, digital marketing, B2B data solutions, and lead generation.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable business proposals and presentations.
Manage client meetings, negotiations, pricing discussions, and end-to-end deal closure.
Convert prospects into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain sales pipelines, follow up with prospects, and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
Experience interacting with domestic and international clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
Knowledge of lead generation, sales pipelines, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to generate revenue and close deals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
