1. Role Purpose
Generate leads, follow up with prospects and convert qualified customers.
2. Key Responsibilities
Generate/respond to enquiries; explain project accurately; schedule site visits; phone/WhatsApp/CRM follow-up; maintain customer data; events/referrals; achieve targets.
3. Core KPIs / Performance Measures
Calls/follow-ups; qualified leads; site visits; booking conversion; CRM compliance; booking value; customer feedback
