Business Development Manager (BDM) Marketing

As a Business Development Manager (Marketing) at Catalyst Education, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by focusing on lead generation, student enrolment, and various marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include conducting orientation classes to promote our programs, generating potential leads, and converting enquiries into enrolments. It will be essential for you to meet performance standards and deadlines set by the company while collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to generate leads and convert them is paramount, as well as adapting to a fast-paced environment. A strong grasp of marketing principles and practices is also necessary to identify new business opportunities and propose strategies for driving growth. This position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift and morning shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus offered for your hard work and dedication.
