Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting our flagship medical device, ADS Proctocam, to clinics and hospitals. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and onboarding new B2B clients such as clinics and hospitals - Travelling for in-person client meetings and product demonstrations - Following up with prospects and effectively closing sales - Maintaining records using CRM tools - Representing the brand at medical events and expos To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel extensively - Bachelor's degree in any stream (science background preferred) In addition to the responsibilities and requirements mentioned above, you will enjoy a range of perks and benefits, including: - Attractive incentives and performance bonuses - Travel and communication allowances - Monthly recognition and growth opportunities - Opportunity to work with an innovative healthcare brand Furthermore, you will be entitled to cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time.
