Job Description

As a Business Development Manager AV Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the presence of the company in the Audio-Visual (AV) & Collaboration Solutions market. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and developing strategic plans to increase market share. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for AV & Collaboration solutions. - Achieve revenue targets by driving end-to-end sales cycles. - Develop strategic plans to increase market share and maintain a strong sales pipeline. - Engage with key decision-makers such as IT Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement, and CXOs. - Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations. - Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and account growth. - Work closely with the Pre-Sales & Technical AV Teams to design client-specific solutions. - Prepare proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and quotes in coordination with internal teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and distributors. - Stay updated on AV industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies. - Coordinate with the operations and project delivery team for smooth execution and handover. - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and support. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of AV technologies including Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Control Systems, Audio Systems, Interactive Displays, Projection, and Unified Communications. - Proven experience in B2B sales of AV/IT solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions. - Strong networking skills and market awareness. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. - 4-10 years of experience in AV/UC/Collaboration Solutions Sales. - Experience working with corporate clients, system integrators, or AV OEMs is highly preferred.
