Business Development Manager

As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading all marketing activities, both offline and online, as well as creative projects. Your main goal will be to enhance profitability and competitiveness through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies for various marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative departments. - Create branding, positioning, and pricing strategies. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts. - Analyze consumer behavior and identify customer personas. - Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. - Develop quarterly and annual hiring plans. - Monitor competition activities and coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness. - Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
