Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in the wellness industry to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, promoting wellness services and solutions, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales process to attract new customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wellness industry.
• Understand the current offerings of the company and explain it well to the clients.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Process inquiries received from various databases.
• Make cold calls for new business leads/Tele-calling.
• Following up with the client to make sales conversions.
• Ability to deliver set sales targets.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with customers and address their needs effectively.]
• Preferred candidate from Healthcare companies.

Requirements :

• 10+years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Prior experience in the wellness, healthcare, corporate wellness, mental wellness, fitness, or healthcare services industry is preferred.
• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Good networking and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and generate leads.
• Strong client acquisition and conversion skills.
• Target-oriented with good analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
