Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven knowledge of the advertising industry, particularly in OOH and ATL/BTL. The role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing strong relationships with existing ones across both private and government sectors.

• Identify and acquire new clients across sectors
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Handle presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Understand client needs and provide custom solutions
• Stay updated with market trends in advertising

Requirements:

• Prior experience in OOH & ATL/BTL Advertising is a plus
• Strong background in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Experience working with private & government projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed

Salary - Negotiable

Location - New Delhi (On-Site)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
