Roles & Responsiblities:
1. Managing the sales team in the given territory to achieve the desired results including Sales, Collection .
2. To Promote the gensets of JCB in the assigned Territory.
3. Identification & Penetration in unexplored market segment & organizing various promotional activities for JCB Gensets with JCB Team.
4. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries lost order’s as desired by the management.
5. To assist in recruiting/training of their staff for their segment.
6. To escalate unresolved customer complaint to the Management.
7. Ensuring total Customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Location : Lucknow
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Experience Required : 6-7 years of Experience in Genset segment.
Salary range: Rs. 25000 – Rs.40000 per month.
