We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads through LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research to identify ideal client profiles and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
  • Perform outbound lead generation using LinkedIn (organic + Sales Navigator).
  • Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects through LinkedIn and email.
  • Schedule calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 +years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably using LinkedIn.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills for messaging.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
