As a Business Development Lead/Manager in Field Sales at CognoSpace, your role is vital in expanding the company's reach in schools and promoting cutting-edge experiential learning platforms. Your proactive and performance-driven approach will be instrumental in driving school partnerships, managing client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies that align with the mission of transforming learning through technology and hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end B2B sales process, including lead generation, school visits, product demos, negotiations, closures, and onboarding - Identify and segment schools (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge) for targeted outreach - Establish strong relationships with school leaders (principals, directors, trustees) to foster long-term partnerships - Collaborate with inside sales teams to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities - Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, sales progress, and reporting - Achieve sales targets by region and product line - Develop tailored proposals based on school requirements, budgets, and academic objectives - Cultivate trust with decision-makers to ensure sustained engagement Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization: - Collaborate with product and content teams to align offerings with market and classroom needs - Implement feedback mechanisms from schools to enhance product experience and implementation - Design and monitor sales/marketing KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize performance - Deliver regular reports to senior management, providing key insights and growth recommendations Qualifications Required: - 1-5 years of experience in B2B institutional sales and marketing (EdTech/STEM background preferred) - Proficiency in on-field sales with a willingness to travel for school visits and events - Proven experience in engaging school leadership and driving school-based sales - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Join CognoSpace as a Business Development Lead/Manager in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing learning through innovative technology and experiential learning solutions.,
