Business Development Intern

Location: Remote / Faridabad

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ?5,000/month + Incentives (510% per conversion)

About Zubros

Zubros is a fast-growing ergonomic furniture startup redefi ning how people work and play. We create innovative height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and setup accessories designed to power India's next-generation workspaces and gaming setups.

We are now launching our B2B vertical, supplying ergonomic solutions to furniture retailers, interior designers, coworking spaces, and turnkey office developers.

This is your chance to be part of the founding phase of our B2B ecosystem and learn how a startup builds its growth engine from scratch.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients including furniture retailers, coworking spaces, office builders, and interior designers
  • Reach out to decision-makers directly via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch Zubros products.
  • Build and manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Learn how to negotiate, handle objections, and convert real-world prospects.
  • Collaborate with the core team to build outreach strategies, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Maintain CRM and report progress weekly; this is not a call and forget internship.
  • Be part of creative brainstorming sessions to craft new B2B market strategies.
